Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Swag Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please review the following guidelines:


**Returns:**
1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
2. All original tags must be attached.
3. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**Exchanges:**
1. We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Items for exchange must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.

**How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**
1. Contact our customer support team at sales6733@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Once approved, package the items securely and include a copy of the original packing slip.
3. Ship the package to Swag shop 9438 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville, FL 32225.

**Refunds:**
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

**Exclusions:**
1. Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. We will provide instructions on returning the item or offer a replacement.
